1. Use a clear photo

The eyes should be sharp and not blurry or pixelated.

2. A normal portrait is perfect

No need to zoom in on the eyes. A regular portrait works great.

3. Good lighting

Use natural daylight or a well-lit room. Avoid dark photos or heavy shadows.

4. Both eyes visible

Make sure both eyes are fully visible and not covered by hair, glasses, or cropped out.

5. Keep the face centred

A straight-on photo gives the best result.

If your photo isn't suitable, we'll contact you for a new one.
